LeadLock provides automated SMS and voicemail lead capture and follow-up tools for home service contractors. The Service includes a dedicated phone number, automatic SMS acknowledgment to inbound leads, contractor alerts, and automated follow-up sequences.
By signing up for LeadLock, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account and the Service. Leads who contact your dedicated LeadLock number consent to receive automated SMS responses by initiating contact.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws governing SMS marketing and consumer communications (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state laws). You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to harass any person.
LeadLock offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
LeadLock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
